This website is operated by Orvica Botanics. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Orvica Botanics. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. 1. Our Products
Our products are cosmetic skincare products for external use only. Please read the ingredient list before use and perform a patch test if you have sensitive skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Product images are for illustration and the actual product may vary slightly in appearance.
2. Orders and Pre-Sale
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order. Pre-Sale orders are limited, reserved in the order received and dispatched once the product is ready to ship. We will confirm the dispatch date by email.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is handled as set out in our Payment Policy.
4. Shipping and Delivery
